Dear Ritu, you haven't  mentioned which Category you belong to. Neverthless, in 2018 under State Quota, the cut offs for IGMC have been as follows:

General Category: 583

SC: 539

ST: 434

Now this is 2018 data and in 2019, the general cut offs increased by 15 marks and individually

The address that you should mention in the application form of the CBSE exam should be your current residential address since you are a private candidate because after you exams are over and the results come out, the mark sheet of the CBSE exam and the pass certificate

let me clear your doubt. To appear in gate exam at first you have to clear your backlogs. If you have backlogs then you are not eligible for gate exam so first clear your backlog.
