As per latest information and current rules it became mandatory. Earlier there was nothing like this . Earlier it doesn't matter whether you are in or out you have to only reach college on time. Many local boys commute daily . You can live in hostel flat
Dear aspirant, if you have not paid the fees for pgcet application , then your admit card will not be provided to you, so fees has to be paid in order to sit for the exam.
There are many scholarships which are offered to sc/st students at NIT Kurukshetra both from central and state government. sc/st/obc students can get scholarship if there family income is below a certain amount. Other than that Toppers of every year are selected for scholarship programmes every year.
