First of all i think its a bad idea to do BA agmfter diploma.
Now, the eligibility criteria says that the Candidates appearing for JNU admission must have completed Senior School Certificate (10+2) or equivalent examination with a minimum of 45 percent marks.

you can get it also from the NTA site. Mostly whole 11th and 12th NCERT content is included in the syllabus.

Hardly there might be some chapter which is not included.
