There is no need as provisinal  certificate is a attested copy signed by the college authories. While collecting provisinal, you should have sighned at that time only. Anyway , Try to collect and ask to friends to help you for attestestment.

Same thing also happened to me on 07/02/2020 I have paid my application fee but it showing unpaid I also have downloaded my confirmation page but it is not updated on my application page

National testing agency has released JEE mains 2020 application form on 3rd of September and will end on 30th September. You can go to the website www.jeemain.nta.nic.in where you can easily fill your application keep ready the necessary documents.

You should have 75% atleast in overall including pcm and it doesn't matter how much you have got in pcm but your overall percentage should be 75% including pcm and you should be pass in each subject. Also there is a top 20 percentile system.
