Hello student if you appear in jee advance only one time then you can otherwise you won't as eligibility criteria says A candidate can attempt JEE Advanced a maximum of two times in consecutive years.

You are not elligible for JEE ADVANCE 2020 even if qualify JEE MAINS 2020.Beacuse you don't fit under elligibility criteria for jee advance 2020 as candidates who have appeared 12th in 2019 or 2020 can appear in jee advance.As they allow maximum two attempt for jee advance..

Hello student that depend on your board if your board allows you to appear in single paper for improvement then you can give it to single paper. As eligibility criteria says.
NITs/ IIITs/ GFTIs Admission: Candidates should have obtained a minimum of 75% marks in class 12 or equivalent exam
