Well as far as I know in medical studies credits are not transferable. Once you get in a college then to go to other college, you will have to start from first year itself and not from second year. The course is not transferable.

Only the PCM percentage matters for taking admission in NITs, ie. One should have an aggregate of 75% or more in PCM to take admission. The overall percentage of +2 does not matter in taking admission through JEE Main in NITs.
