Dear Madhav, CAT doesn't differentiate in any particular discipline for Graduation. As long as you have 50% in your Graduation, any discipline is allowed. It is 50% for General Category and 45% for Reserved Categories. So with your B.Sc in Agriculture, you are eligible for MBA in all the 20
