Dear Shwetha, CTSE is a talent examinationwhich has the same eligibility criteria and syllabus as NEET. So questions from 11th and 12th would be asked too. This might help you in your preparation:

To be eligible candidates must have minimum 60% marks in aggregate or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scales (55% marks or 6.0 CGPA on a 10-point scale in case of SC/ ST). Candidates in the final year of the qualifyingexam are also eligible.
