You have to register in the registration form with the same name as it is mentioned in the 10th marksheet ie. you have to mention your name in the registration form as Patil Pravin Pramod.

The name mentioned in the 10th marksheet is the official name as mentioned

There are 12 seats allotted for CW as a whole. Admission of Candidates belonging to CW Category has to be made in the priority of as per guidelines approved by the Academic Council In this regards, CW1 takes priority over CW6. But then its just not the entrance exam score
