You will give yes for the question asking "appearing or appeared for improvement in 12th". That will do the work. You don't have to change anyother details. You have to put yes in that section which will notify that you have opted for improvement exam in 12th.

Dear Bhaskhar, the cut offs are only reduced when there are seats left after all rounds of Counselling. You havent mentioned your Category. But the scores cannot be reduced to as low as 100 because even the general cut offs for qualifying in NEET are more than 10 and 100.
