You dint quite provide the clear name of the exam, I assume it is NTSE, I am so sorry to inform you that For Physically Handicapped (PwD) people cutoff is 49.33 for NTSE. So probably you wont be able to qualify with 40% of marks.

First of all don't get demotivated. There is still a while for JEE Main. So, I would suggest you to focus on basics. Also practice a lot of previous year papers or rather I would suggest you to by heart them.

You will require your 10th and 12th marksheet of a recognised board. Then you will also need your birth certificate along with your Domicile certificate. No, we do not get reading time for JEE Main or Advanced.
Infact, you can only break open the seal of the paper once the time starts. And the 3 hours time counts from right then. You do not get few extra minutes before the time starts
You need to be thorough with your basics of 11th and 12th. If your concepts are strong enough, no entrance exam is tougher to crack. And GGU exam isn't at par with other tough exams like JEE, NEET, etc and there isn't that high level competition there as well. But
