Dear Raja, there is no upper age limit for CAT. The only criteria is that you should have completed your Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum aggregate of 50%. It is 50% for General Category and 45% for Reserved Categories.

If you took 1-2 year drop then that will be okay to get an admission. If you want to get an admission directly then you have to go through management quota. Fee structure will be higher but yes you can take admission provided that institute provides it.
