No,Omr sheets Must be only filled with black or blue pen as per officials rules.

There are also other rules which you to keep in mind on exam to avoid mistakes .So follow all the guidelines to score good and acheive better rank

see its depends on the particular board of education in which she did appear in the supplementary test, if it possible to again write the  test then she should apply for it. It would be better if she consult about this with the school authority.

Your part of a question is not clear.But yes, Bihar Board of Open Schoooling Examination is a recognised board and its certificate is valid anywhere.It has equivalence to other board like CBSE/ICSE etc.So, you can get admission in any college in computer science engineering provided that you must fulfill
