Well I would like to inform you that USA does not have MBBS program for medical education. They have MD program in which admission is possible only after completing undergraduate studies with pre medicine track. So you need to first complete your bachelor's and that too with pre medicine

Congrats on scoring, 90% in 12th.

But for admission in NITs you have to qualify JEE Main.

60% aggregate marks in 12th Board are required to give JEE Main.
