To get computer science in NIT you need more than 90 and around 94 to ensure computer science seat, as the cutoff for CSE is very high for even ST category.

If you score more than 90 percentile, you will get admission very easily in computer science branch

no, there is no simple way to become a Doctor in the USA.  It takes minimum 11 years to become a doctor in USA. following are the steps:

  • 4 Years - Pre-Med School
  • Take MCAT (like GRE)

With the given percentile your expected rank will be around 66913.You can calculate your expected rank using the formula given below
(100-your total percentile)*869010/100
In your case it is
(100-92.3)*869010/100=66913.
Now by considering 2019 JoSAA seat allotment it is difficult to get seat with such rank in initial rounds
