The average fees for btech is ranging from 5 lakhs to 10 lakhs .

In NITs it's between 7-8 lakh and 8-10 lakhs in IITs.

There are many state colleges which charge 1 lakh per year and around less than 5 lakhs for whole course.

You will hardly get computer science engineering in NIT, but to get admission in top NITs in CSE, you need a rank less than almost 3000 and your rank will be more than 80k.even with reservation you will get a good stream but computer science is really hard.
