Jee mains rank depend only upon marks scored in the paper. Prediction of actual rank is not possible however by scoring 80 marks in jee mains your all India rank will probably be somewhere in between 60,000 to 2,50,000.

No, other states students cannot apply to TS EAMCET exam. In order to apply the students must belong to the state of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh. The student must have passed class 12 final exam or its equivalent exam from the Board of Intermediate Education Telangana, Andhra Pradesh.
