Greetings aspirant,

Congratulations on a wonderful score. As per your score in JEE Mains 2020 and in consideration with your OBC-NCL category, your percentile is likely to be bewteen 99.75 - 99.95  and your rank is likely to be between AIR 1328- AIR 2978 and category rank between AIR 146 - AIR 1196. You will surely get a seat in both NIT Warangal and NIT Calicut. Good luck.

I have scored 87 percentile and 91.90 percentile in cat and xat exam respectively besides 2-3 years of work experience in two companies mainly Earnest n young (16 months experience). 10 th, 12 th and graduate score is more than 90 percent. can i get a call from spjain

Sampriti Gupta Student Expert 22nd Jan, 2020
The minimum cutoff required by SPJIMR for both CAT and XAT this year is 85 percentile (for profile based shortlisting process). Since you have performed really well in both the exams and have a percentile above the required one and considering your profile you can definitely get a call from SPJIMR during their profile based shortlisting process. Since your XAT scores and better then you may get a call through XAT. But you can get other colleges also based on your scores like
  • KJ Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research
  • Great Lakes Chennai
  • IMT Ghaziabad
  • GIM Goa
  • TAPMI Manipal and other colleges.

Good Luck

Hi I got 94.954%ile in JEE Mains January attempt. What if I dont appear for April mains and focus on Advanced preparation? Will my current %ile be affected or will it remain the same??

Misbah Anjum N 22nd Jan, 2020

Hello!

That's a really good percentile! According to me, you should focus on your advanced exam rather than preparing for the same because your current marks are sufficient enough. Thus you can give yourself more preparation time as we all know that jee advanced is really tough and not a piece of cake! Hence, the more you prepare, the better you will do!

How much score and percentile required to get in BIT Mishra for CS stream.

Mayank Chowdhary 2nd Mar, 2020

Score or percentile may vary from year to year as it changes since it depends on various factors like number of candidates appearing and also the paper level difficulty, etc. So I'll guide you with the ranks for CS stream. So last year, students having rank upto 9203 in JEE MAINS got an admission into CS branch into BITS MESRA RANCHI. You need to score around 180-190 marks in jee mains 2018 to get cse branch in BIT MESRA for others state candidates and for home state candidates 170-180 in jee mains will be enough to get cse branch in BIT MESRA.

Refer to the site below to know the exact rank wise cutoffs of all the streams in BITS MESRA college..

Best wishes. Thank you.

I put my wrong date of birth place in neet registration that will make problem?

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 22nd Jan, 2020

Girija, NEET has a one time correction facility. NTA has opened its correction window from January 15th and shall remain open until January 31st. You can make changes to your Date of Birth. Login to the official website: ntaneet.nic.in with your NEET registration number and Password. Now click on " Correction in NEET application form" and make the desired changes to your application form. Any correction pertaining to the photograph and signature of the candidate will be intimated through e-mail/SMS and the same will be available in the candidate’s login account. Rest of the fields like Father's name, Mother's name, Date of Birth, Category, Gender can be changed during the correction window. Once the correction window has been closed,  NTA does not guarantee that any request for change in information will be entertained. So it is the best thing to make a note of all the corrections that you need to make when the correction window opens from January 15th to 31st and click on the "Final Submit" only after making all the changes that you want to. Once you click on "Submit", enter the OTP number and take print outs for future reference.

Now it is not clear whether you have used the correction window  or not. If you haven't used the correction window yet, please follow the procedure mentioned and make the necessary changes. But if you have already used the correction window once, you cannot use it again and NTA doesnt take responsibility and make the corrections on its own. Even if you get an admit card during entering the exam hall, because you have to show some id proof and there will be a mismatch in the Date of Births, you may not be even allowed to the exam hall.

Sir I cannot decision one thing 1.should I go for one year NEET coaching or 2 years 2.My all subjects (PCB) are ready but I cannot prepare so much for NEET because I have board exams too.. what should I do sir? i am a neet aspirant.

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 22nd Jan, 2020

Masum, if you have checked the official NEET syllabus, it is all from your 11th and 12th Physics, Chemistry and Biology. So you can actually prepare for NEET and your boards at the same time. There are Candidates who take break from academics and then seriously prepare for NEET. The statistics state that it works for few and it doesn't work for few. Our suggestion would be to appear for NEET 2020 and see how it goes. Check your performance and wait until the counselling is over to check if you can get a seat. Based on your marks, in NEET, may be you can take a call accordingly. We at Careers360 have online preparatory courses for Medical aspirants.
