No paper has been cancelled from January session of JEE Mains first session which will be held from 6th January 2020 to 11 January 2020. The papers are not cancelled unless and until there's a valid reason along with an official notice from NTA.
The exact prediction would be difficult regarding your admission possibilities based on your percentile. With this percentile the chances are decent to qualify the exam but there is less chance to get a seat in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs.
