No, it is not very hard. If you have good roadmap and ability to do then you can crack without coaching. You must have dedication and focus to crack the exam. Source to complete is huge but with right time table you can complete. Basically focus on 11&12th NCERT books

From 2020, there is no AIIMS MBBS examination. Admission to AIIMS will be conducted through NEET score. Once NEET results and merit list have been declared the DGHS will conduct the All India Counselling on behalf of the NMC. Eligible Candidates have to appear for Counselling to  get a seat

Harsh, the NEET application form correction window was open till 31 January and now the correction window is closed, so you would not be able to correct the name details at this moment. However, in your case, a small difference in name, should not create any problem in ideal situation

I will suggest you that it is not necessary to be 100 percent sure regarding pursuing any of the field. If you are even 80 to 85 percent sure, then you can go for the particular field. The rest 20 or 15 percent interest will develop while pursuing

For now you should be focusing on your boards as you are left with very less time now. You can decide your career after your boards as well. Deciding a right career beforehand is important but given your situation you should leave that for now and start preparing
