It is not compulsory to do GATE after B.Tech ,As your interest ,if you want to do job then you can directly go to the job field if you want to go for higher study's then you should must write the exam GATE after B.Tech.

Rajeev, level II sample papers are not exclusively available for IMO by SOF. Although the syllabus, marking pattern, question paper format would be same as that of level I. There would only be a slight increase in the difficulty level of the paper. You can go through the Level I
