There is a school of interdisciplinary in IIT Delhi. We can choose subjects of multiple disciplines. But there is no such course like mechatronics offered in IIT Delhi. Coming to NIT's, non of the NIT's offer such course till now.

I don't think the complete list is done. The shortlisting process goes till May for almost all the IIMs. You can also find the process on respective IIMs websites. It includes all the important dates and schedules. I would suggest you to follow their sites regularly to stay in
