Marks can not be calculated from the percentile because percentile is actually the representation that how much student is equal to you or behind you. So you have to calculate your marks  with your question paper and key answers.

With the percentile that you have achieved, your rank will lie beyond 4 lakhs which is a difficult level for getting admission in either of the colleges. This score won't fetch you a seat in any of the engineering colleges. However, you can improve in the next JEE

You are having fair chances of getting a NIT with Mechanical branch.
