Hello Rita, for M.sc you have to take the university entrance exams. But, there are two sections. If you want to take Biotechnology  or Medical Biotechnology , you have to take MBT Exam. If you want to take Bioinformatics or speech or audiology,You have to take  MASLPET exam.
