Hii

The eligibility is same as that by NTA for admission. It asks that you should attempt class12 in 2019 or 2020 only. And theh have 75+% or be in top 20 percentile of your respective board.  And get good enough rank.

Last year the last closing rank was 4869

As you have already passed the 12th exam . And you have filled improvements for PCB subjects now, not other subjects. So, you have to fill code 02. It is most appropriate option. Also , You have to show both the mark sheet at the time of counselling.
