The Directorate of Technical Education, Madhya Pradesh carry out the councelling rounds. Candidates who qualify the entrance test need to appear for Counselling process in order to get admission in various Technical Courses. The Process of Counselling is done in 2/3 rounds.

The CLC stands for College Level Councelling.

No ,In this situation you can't take addmission in Ba without did 11th and 12th.For taking addmission in ba you have to pass 12th examination. after diploma you can take addmission in btech by lateral entry and take direct addmission in second year of btech.
