99% it is a No. Because in various exam centres of JEE Mains it is cautioned to save the drawing questions as 'answered' in the systems otherwise the question will not be considered for valuation though you answered it in the booklet.

National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET-UG) is conducted by National testing Agency (NTA) for admissions to the following courses:
- MBBS and BDS programmes in India including AIIMS and JIPMER as well as abroad - AYUSH courses available in the country - Veterinary and other undergraduate medical courses in the country
With 85 percentile you are eligible for jee advance. But it is hard for you to get any NIT. So there are many colleges who accept this percentile that is why you must wait for the state counselling and go for those colleges.
