Dear student!
Usually only the Entrance exam results are considered. Early it was the AIIMS entrance Examinations itself but now  NEET UG results will be considered. 10th and 12th class marks are generally not considered. But, there's a tie breaker rule if there is a tie in the merit list.

According to national aptitude test in architecture(NATA) eligibility criteria a candidate  from diploma should have passed diploma with 50% aggregate with maths as compulsory subject.
