Code 03 says: The Intermediate/Pre-degree Examination in Science of an Indian University/Board or other recognised examining body with Physics, Chemistry, Biology /Biotechnology (which shall include practical test in these subjects) and also English as a compulsory subject.

The number of solution of this equation will
be zero. You can easily solve the questions using graphical method. Once you draw the graph of both the equation you will find that there is no intersection point between the curves hence no solution.

For OBC category the minimum CAT percentile required for PGDIM is 65 and for PGDISEM is 75. And since you've a pretty good CAT percentile which is way above the required percentile you have good chances of getting a call from NITIE.
