If the table was rough i.e. had friction, the static friction force would have adjusted itself to match the external force F and hence two equal and opposite forces would have caused stress to occur in the rod. But here the table is smooth, so I don't know what

yes it is legal that you pursue two courses from different university simultaneously. but also make sure that one is from regular mode and the another one is  from distance mode.also remember that one can not pursue two courses simultaneously in regular mode.

For NEET 2020 overall 12th percentage will be considered for exam.The eligibility for NEET is 50%(General Students) and 40%(For OBC/Sc/St) and must have Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology and English as Core subjects from a recognized board.
