I would suggest you to focus more on NEET as this exam will help you get a seat in the medical colleges and not your board score. If you are prepared for NEET, you can easily study for boards as the portion is more or less the same.

Yes you can edit you application form details in a certain period of time. Every university provides a week to its applicant for applying the correction in the application form. You need to check the form details and accordingly apply for the correction.
