There are two ways you can get admission in DU,first on the merit basis and second after qualifying DUJAT exam.

The difference between these two is that in Merit Basis,you will get admission through marks obtained in your class 12th.The cut off of Delhi University through merit basis

As you have competed your PUC 2 in 2019 and you are writing NEET this year (2020), According to the criteria mentioned by NTA, Code 3 applies to you. You are advised to fill 3 as your code in the application form.

Cutoff for admission to NITs is released by JoSAA. If you are seeking admission in MANIT Bhopal through JEE 2020 marks,  the cutoffs are not released yet. So, you can refer to the previous year cutoff for reference and to have an idea about the rank required for admission.
