Osmania Medical College is a Government Medical College and it has no Management Quota. The 85% MBBS seats are filled up through State Counselling and 15% MBBS seats are filled through All India Counselling. There is no concept of paid seats.

PG means post-graduation and UG means under-graduation. You are eligible for PG courses only after completing graduation in the required field.
For UG courses, you need to complete 10+2 or equivalent qualification from a recognised board for eligibility. However, MD in psychiatry is a post-graduate course and so,

You will be considered a dropper in B.Sc if you have taken the TC. But in your case, you are just not appearing for the exams and so on paper though your highest qualification is 10+2, as you have enrolled in 1st year of B.Sc, your code will be 05.
