Yes, students of Andhra Pradesh are eligible for admission to 50 percent AIQ seats.
Only candidates from Jammu and Kashmir will not be allowed to appear for AIQ seats and all seats will be granted by state counselling authority.

Looking at the pqst year trend the expected percentile required for passing jee mains is 89 for general candidates while that for other reserved categories will range between 40-75.
Therefore you can expect your result according to these expected cutoffs.
