You are eligible for all the exams you have listed except that for JEE Advaned. Because a student during Class 12th or one year dropper can appear for this exam.Two year droppers can't attempt this exam (JEE Advanced).

Vaibhav, you haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, to be eligible for NEET, you should secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in your 12th. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. Now your 12th marks cannot get you a seat

JBIMS has 120 seats ,out of which 60 are for Maharashtra candidates other 60 are open for Maharashtra and Non Maharashtra. Apart from this 18 seats are for kept for NRIs/Foreign Nationals/PIOs and Children of workers in Gulf countries and 1 seat for J&K migrants.

You haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless if you belong to General Category. It is 45 percentile of top NEET score for General Category PWD and its 40 percentile of top NEET score for OBC/SC/ST. In 2019, using these formulae the cut offs were 120-133 for General Category PWD and 107-119
