As of now it is very hard to predict your rank/percentile. It keeps changing every year depending on the students' performance. So we'll have to wait for the official result declaration to make any kind of conclusions.

You can attempt jee advanced examination two times in the consecutive years of one appearing in 12th and other in the immediate next year.

If you somehow fails to attempt in any of these chances, you are not allowed to reappear after that.

The basic criteria set for giving improvement exam is that you must have passed in that subject.
