After the result rank would be declared and on the basis of rank it would be easy to predict the chances in colleges.

It must be said that 21.7 is quite a low percentile to score in the JEE-Mains 2020 January session. You can calculate your rank using this formula:
((100- your percentile) x no. of students/100
Your rank comes up to around 6,80,434. You can check your chances in colleges
