It would be difficult to predict your exact admission possibilities or qualifying cutoff based on your percentile. As per the previous year data, The chances seems less to get a seat in NIT Surat or any other NITs. You can go for the state level counselling.

With the percentile of 86 in JEE Main paper 1, your expected rank will be around 125000-127000. With this rank there are negligible chances of getting a NIT/IIIT  from General category. If you are from some reserved category, then you may get a seat in a NIT/IIIT.
