I would like to inform you that for becoming an IAS you need to clear UPSC exam and eligiblity criteria for appearing in exam is that candidate must have an atleast one undergraduate degree from recognized university of india association.
Ashraf, GPAT is an entrance exam for admission to M.Pharma programmes. But it is not for Ph. D. So even if you appear for GPAT, you can only try for M.Pharmacy again but not for Ph. D and so you will not get any seat for Ph.D because the exam
