Hello Aspirant,

It's difficult to tell you the exact about the qualifying cutoff & admission cutoff. This score seems enough to qualify the exam but chances seems less to get NITs, IIITs & GFTIs Etc. You can go for state level counselling like Punjab , Haryana, MP Etc.

Yes you are eligible to apply for RJS competitive exam but there is a condition that you will have to give the proof of passing the course before the main exam but you will be eligible only when to apply if you are giving exams of your final semester.
