Reza, based on your Category, you should secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. So, if you have secured this  aggregate, you are eligible for NEET though you cleared in in supplementary exams.

Mishu, for being eligible for NEET, your aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology are considered and not your 12th aggregate. Though secured 55% in your 12th, because the aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology is 45% and also because you belong to General Category, you are not eligible for appearing
