If you want to get a good branch in top 5 NITs, then you surely need to get at least 99 percentile.


But if you are more ambitious and want Computer Science, then you need to work harder and get at least 99.7 percentile to get Computer Science Branch .

Hello Aspirant,

It's difficult to tell you the exact about the qualifying cutoff & admission cutoff. But chances seems less to get NITs, IIITs & GFTIs with this percentile.

You can go for state level counselling like Punjab, Haryana, MP Etc. I would also suggest you to appear for JEE

The qualification for Jee mains will depend on

  • Number of candidates appeared for the exam
  • Difficulty of the exam
  • Last year cut off trend
  • Total seats available.

Last year for Gen-ews category it was 78.217 as the cutoff. You can also calculate your rank by 100- total score
