How did you got admit card.? I've also passed my 10th from cbse in 2017 and now my college is asking for admit card..please tell me how to get admit card

you can upload only b.com or b.com +m.com , both will go.
But see there is no use of ceed exam for you as iits dont give admission to candidates who don't have engineering / design/ architechture/mtech/mca or professional diploma in design back ground.

yes you can get admission in nit if in counselling process you get nit. nits doesnot need jee advance score for admission.
jee advance score is needed for iits, iisc institutes.

Candidate can attempt maximum two times in two consecutive years.Since you passed 12th board in 2019 and you can appear in JEE ADVANCE 2020.But if you appeared in JEE ADVANCE 2019 then you can't sit in JEE ADVANCE 2021..
