Neverthless, any score less than 450 is lesser fpr a seat even in Private Medical Colleges because even Private Medical Colleges fill in their seats through State Counselling. If she belongs to general community, than chamces are low. Last year cutoff for general candidate were 89+ for appearing in jee advanced.  So, you can ask her to write once in april and perform better.

You haven't mentioned the State you belong to. This is important because the cut offs are different for Home State Candidates and Other State Candidates.
