You need to produce the caste certificate from the state of your permanent residence, that is from the state you belong to ( your native place ). If it is maharashtra in your case, then you can produce the caste certificate from there, hyderabad being your current residence

see if you are a ITI course pass out, you may get direct admission in diploma engineering colleges, but to admission in any degree colleges for bsc or ba or b.com (//b.com) courses you must pass 10+2  or 12th course on relevant discipline from a recognized education board.
