Well as far as I remember then the code two is applicable to all the students who have taken drop to prepare for neet and then participating in th exam. So just check once but as far as I remember, it is code two for drop year students.

If you want to appear in NEET exam after the drop of total four years. Then you should fill the code of last passing certificate of class 12th.

If you have drop for 4 years after class 12th for improvement then also you need to fill your recent code i.e, code of 2020 as university demands for the verification procedure which requires code of recent year before applying for the NEET exam.

Yes if you get 25000 rank then you will get a college which closes at 28000. Ranks are mentioned based on the last round of counselling because they are the highest rank in terms of closing rank therefore last round ranks are the final ranke if you want to check
