If you have drop for 4 years after class 12th for improvement then also you need to fill your recent code i.e, code of 2020 as university demands for the verification procedure which requires code of recent year before applying for the NEET exam.

Yes if you get 25000 rank then you will get a college which closes at 28000. Ranks are mentioned based on the last round of counselling because they are the highest rank in terms of closing rank therefore last round ranks are the final ranke if you want to check
It is preferrably a good idea to use the same photographs but within required dimensions. The dimemsions for photograph for passport size and post card are different.
