Hi I am currently studying in MDU 1st year and i would like to migrate. My 12th percentage was 72.5%. My course is Btech CSE. Am i eligible for anything like that? if so whats the procedure?

There is no problem with migration if the college you want to go for is ready to have you and they set some eligibility criteria for admission like these.

Now about your percentile and rank.

Percentile would be approx 99.16 - 99.36.
