nitrate reductase present in all the plant cell but is abundant in green plant cell it contains iron and molybedynum,it's coenzyme are FAD,CYTOCHROME AND Mo,whereas nitrite reductase is present in the chloroplast only,it reduces nitrite to ammonia.
