UPSEE 2020 is scheduled to be conducted on 10th May 2020 . So, it doesn't collide with your NIOS board exam as your exam must be completed by end of the april.

Meenakshi Medical College: General Surgery

Yes you can apply for any type of exam for same section but it's upto you which you pass and which you select. But got admission in foreign universities and college there is no specific exam for admission but you need IELTS score. NATA is only for admission in artitecture

As 2020-21 is considered as upcoming academic year. So all the books, parts, journals related to it will appear after completion of current academic syllabus and exams. So after completion of CET 2019-20 and after it's results announced, the next academic books will be printed and issued.
