As far as cutoffs of NITs are concerned,if you want admission in top 10 NITs ,then your rank should be less than 15k in JEE Main .It could not be said exactly but in the range of this you will get a good nit college .

Hello, iGNOU OPENMAT application form will be released by NTA at nta.ac.in. It was meant to release on 31st January but it was postponed.
